Now that you have a season on it, tell us what you think of it. I'm getting one for the up coming heating season and would really like to hear what you guys think of the boiler. Slim, what was your first impression of it at the show?

For a conventiiional boiler I thought it burned very clean and was very simple to operate, I did not have a stack temp guage with me to put in but even when we ran it hard after dark I never saw a single spark come out of the stack, I was very impressed!

How would you rate the smoke output slimjim?
I know this depends a lot on the fuel source wood itself but... in general.... let's say versus a standard ML series or a CB Classic (or similar).
Not as sparkly smoke-"free" as an Optimizer I'm sure but..... just curious as to what to expect in the way of smoke output?

Very clean for a conventional for sure, lets put it this way, have you ever seen anybody burn a conventional OWB on a populated fairground,We did!

Neither can I. It will be time to start burning again before we know it.

I hope its not that soon, I have to much to do before I start my install. Looks like I will be digging in late June.

I'm like you. I won't have my furnace or Logstor here until late July. I do have a start on the indoor part of the install. Hope to be getting more of it done soon.
