i made what you might call a swimmingn pool heater for my domestic water...50 foot coil of 1/2 inch copper inside a pipe. my OWB water flows through the pipe and the domestic water through the 1/2 inch copper. a couple of valves to bypass the water heater and when the OWB is running i shut the breaker off for the hot water tank I guess you could say i have "on demand" hot water. as long as there is wood in the stove i have hot water

i used soft copper and wrapped it around an 6 inch pipe, when i let it go it sprung out to about 8 inches and i put it inside a 12 inch. i used copper fittings to screw into the tank and converted to 1/2 inch and drilled the little stops out so i could slid the fitting over the pipe..then soldered them and away i welnt (after welding in the ends..and adding the OWB feed and return)
give the link a try
