I am going to b running 80' of 1" theropex to my house. The question I have is: am I going to have a problem reducing down to 3/4" just outside of my foundation? Everything is already set up for 3/4", if it not to big of problem I don't really want to knock a hole in my foundation again. Imput would be greatly appreciated!

I say make a hole and run the thermopex thru the foundation. It sucks to have to do it, but it's the right way.

I would also suggest taking the new line through the wall. Keeps water from entering your insulation and makes monitoring for leaks much easier.
-
Definitely get the entire pipe inside the foundation or don't waste your money on good pipe!

Nah, quantity never makes up for lack of quality.
