Hi Guys,
Doing my own install of a P&M Ultimizer BL 3444. I put together this plumbing diagram of what my plan was and thought I would throw it up here for everyone's opinion. I took little pieces of many diagrams from different sites. My Furnace will be around 100' from the house, I plan to use a Grundfos 3 speed pump UPS 15-58 FC for the house loop and a couple more of the same for the pumps shown in the diagram. Also there is another separate loop that runs to a second house straight from the furnace but it is a simple plate exchanger and furnace exchanger single loop. Appreciate anyone's opinion as I am new to this.
Thanks,
Bigjam

It works, I would prefer a plate exchanger on the wood boiler loop!

Hi slimjim,
Thank you for your opinion, so do you mean instead of coming off of my manifold I should go straight into the plate exchanger where I have that main line ball valve? Do you think I should separate the furnace exchanger and leave it on its own loop or bring it to the main loop as well? Once again thank you very much for your input.

What I mean is another plate exchanger on the wood boiler side, as long as the plumbing and heat exchanger does not go above your wood boiler then you won't have an issue but if you do then the you may have issues with air pockets in the upstairs.
