I just bought a used CB 1400 3 years old and am looking to tie into my oil boiler I was told to t off my pressure re leaf valve for the inlet and t off the boiler drain for the outlet . I see that both of these are 3/4 in can anyone tell me if that will be enough flow in the oil boiler ?

It can be done but is not close to the right way to do it, are you going to use a plate exchanger?
-
I was going to try it this year with out the heat exchanger .
-
OK, I don't install that way, perhaps one of the Central boiler guys can help you then?
-
You realize that the indoor boiler is pressurized and the outdoor boiler is not? You would be turning your indoor boiler into a non pressurized system. I don't think this is going to work well for you at all. Save your self the headaches and spend the little bit of money on the plate exchanger.

Ok I will be purchasing a plate exchanger and installing it . Will the 3/4 in inlet in and outlet in the oil boiler be big enough ?
-
That depends on your heat load, if you need more than about 100,000 Btu then no way, it seems somebody misled you a bit, I will be at the Unity / common ground fair next weekend if you would like to talk, a diagram of what you have now would help.

I do plan on being at the common ground fair an meeting you. my oil boiler is 117000 btu.

OK, look me up, I will have our chip boiler as well as the optimizer 250 running on the back row.
