What are the best connections for pex crimp, sleeve, band or......? Also what do you boys recommend, copper pipe or pex for all the in house connections thanks.

For Mechical room, prefer Copper  [has tighter bend radius, cause I don't want an entire room of pipes; also helps to mount with ridgid pipe]
For distribution, prefer pex with Uponor (formerly Wirsbo) expansion rings

Ok here is a question for everyone who may have tried this, could you use the uponor rings on Rehau pex since they are both pex a?
