Title: unbending logster
Post by: pops69 on September 19, 2014, 05:47:08 PM
Does anyone know how to"unbend logster"? I have a trench, Logster in the trench, but going thru the foundation its bent, I don't know if I can get my Link seals to fully seal with the bend pressure coming thru the wall.
Thanks

Do what you have to do to go straight through the wall.

Ahhh.  That stuff must be a B!:ch to deal with in the cooler weather, I unrolled mine on one of those HOT. Days and let it bake in the sun a few weeks. Warm it up if possible.

I tied mine to my 4 wheeler and a tree pulled it tight, let it sit for a week in the sun, helped quite a bit.

I don't know if this will help you with your particular problem but I was able to make it a little bit easier to work with by running straight hot water via a hose over the section required. Give it 10 minutes of maximum hot water and then be prepared to work it with gloves.

I did mine by myself in 30-40 degree weather.  I stood the roll upright in the trench and got the end started through the hole in my wall using a crowbar then unrolled.
