Anyone ever used this stuff?

I am guessing it is way out of the price range for most OWB's.
It looks similar to Watts R-Flex and ComfortPro Microflex. Those run around $12 per foot for 1" and I think they are a lot cheaper than the Ecoflex.

These prices are crazy expensive, you can't even find Logstor around here all of the dealers that used to carry it switched to Rehau now.

I have it installed at my place; I also have the distinction of having a close family member work for Uponor :thumbup:
..so I really did not have a choice when in came to which PEX to put in ;)

How does it perform Littlejohn? What did you pay per ft?

I have 2 runs; 50' of 1" ThermalTwin (to detached garage/shop) & a 85' run of 1.25" ThermalTwin (to house)
...I can't remember the exact price I paid, cause I got all the tubing, fittings, ecoflex and controls in one monster purchase, back in 2010 or 2011. All told, I could have brought a bright shiny new truck, of a fancy heating system. Wife likes the warm floors, so I think I made the right choice (for now)
I could not tell you what I run for a delta T thru the pipes, but I have had no complaints other than that week it was -40f, garage had a hard time keeping up (found out later, pump for that side of HX was set to low, next winter I set to medium)
But like everyother pre-insluated pipe, its not fun to wrestle into the trench; even though I dug it all in before pouring concrete

What kind of temp drop do you have from your boiler to the house?

Like I said before I can't tell you what kind of delta T, I have from the boiler, because I do not have any gauges; but this winter I will be investigating.
Also, I only run my pump between the OWB and a FPHX, when there is a call for heat; then I mix water temperature down before it goes out to the floor. So I am actually controlling how much heat I put out to the floor, by limiting the delta T that the loops in the floor see.
I do know that the 1" pipes to the garage run at about 3 gpm, or thats at least what my pump says its doing.
