Copper sure looks nice are you keeping track of how much your install is costing you not including the boiler?

I paid twice started out with copper the first year and the second year rip out the copper and put in pex  . Why?  Because somebody told me  I had to many 90"s and it was restricting my flow.I cant tell the difference  either way ! What a waste

How many 90's are you talking?  I have quite a few but it seems to be working ok so far.

I guess I have 8 plus two in the back of the stove.  That's why i kept it in 1". What size was your pipe?

What size pump? I think I'm going to pick up a spare pump I am running the taco bumblebee but it doesn't seem to work well unless it's on high. So I will see what it's rated at and maybe get a comparable pump or up size it one.

Does the motor part of the pump need to be rotated down just a little? I have a Taco 007 and the supplier told it was very important to have the motor laying at 90 degrees. I don't really know why. I assume the pump is more efficient that way?

To be honest for the price I figured why not.  I don't know I have 2 bleader valves too. I swapped out my 90s for two 45s
