I have a similar Taco pump with Delta T. If I remember correctly sensor one goes on the supply feeding the pump and sensor 2 goes to the return pipe after your heat exchanger and domestic hot water. The rest should be self explanatory in the literature that comes with the pump.

bad sensors ...rite out the box :( .....return time

Why did you go with the 007 instead of a Bumblebee? They don't have the ECM motor so you don't get as much power savings.
Also the max head is really low on an 007. Unless you have either really short piping or real large, a Taco Bumblebee is probably a better choice.

Just to clarify, that 30 degree water is Celsius right?

PLEASE SAY you have some glycol in the system, if your temps are not on the little scale (in Celsius)
