Have 8 cord of wood to cut and split, also know a guy who will do it for 450.00, his saw and splitter.
Its my three year plan wood and I don't have any free time.  Good deal?

It depends on how much value you put on your time.  I'd have him do it if time is that tight.  Especially with hunting season right around the corner.

Yeah I say thats a deal..You can't buy 8 cord of wood for $450

I agree with Cabo.                      8 cord = 24 face cord @ $450 = $18.75 per face cord              If I was tight on time I would have him do it. crap... he'll have $40 into fuel/oil.
