Air leak somewhere. Probably door gasket.

Is the flapper on the fan closing all the way or is the selenoid hanging it up

WELL! ...I'm on to something ...1st off my building is super thrifty! 2nd ...any of u that have followed my posts have seen that I have a walk-in cooler as my "outdoor boiler" building ........all the air my "fans" blow " is warm from the beginning so that I get no cool down BUT.... I just got done with my exhaust fan yesterday ..no smoke in the building or in my face > today I fully closed the door then I turned on my exhaust fan ...WA-LA >>> every leak of fresh air can be seen """negative pressure"""" the doors seals great but the .............both blower fans seams ,and electrical penetrations, screw holes were throwing smoke!! and I mean pouring in!.....I know the electric motor needs a bit of air to cool/run ....but not like I seen it ........I sealed off all the cracks in one of the 2 motors with rtv and will let it dry the "re-pressurize " ....I got this !!!!! 8)

Perhaps it's the used motor oil and discarded truck tires found on the roadside

I'm interested in your exhaust fan setup. My boiler is inside my woodshed and I'm tired of smelling like smoke everytime I fill.
