Awesome site here, I have found a lot useful tips here!!
Here is my system I am designing now.  Heatmaster 10,000E, 3,500 sf house

80 foot run of rehau insulpex 32 mm to basement hx on furnace, turbo siphon sidearm, upstairs hx on furnace, 100 btu unit in garage and back to boiler; ran in series in that order.  Might be 250' - 300' of 1" pex and copper inside.  Looking at the 26-99 pump mounted at the boiler.
Any suggestions or does this sound resonable?

I'd split your system up.  You have 2 sets of ports.  Put the downstairs HX and side arm on one loop and the upstairs and garage HX on the other loop.  You'll keep your return temps up that way and have better efficiency. 

I have a main level HX and flat plate on 1 loop.  I have an second level HX and hot tub on the other.  I'm getting ready to add a garage heater on one of the loops.  Depending on how high you are going, you may be able to get by with a smaller pump, but you'll need 2.  I'm running 2 Badger 25-10 pumps.

I should've stated that I have my insulated pipe in the ground already, one run from the boiler to the house.  I only ran one because in the near future I want to run a line to my shed.
So should I split my flow in the basement meaning run one loop to sidearm and downstairs hx and one loop to the upstairs hx and garage and return both loops back to the return line to the boiler?

btw... Your videos on youtube were very helpful

That's a lot of heat to pull off of 1 loop. Your return temp would be pretty low.

Thanks! You can still split your flows. Yes, you are correct.  Just put a tee once you enter the house and put a pump on each run. You can probably keep the GF pump for the upstairs run and get a much smaller pump for the downstairs run.

Thanks for all your inputs!!!  It is awesome to hear different inputs on the install, I  am just going off of a local dealer/installer ideas... Which has already tried to screw me on the cost of parts.....
