Title: Puffing

I have seen the puffing on my 250, but today was a little different.
It was doing its puffing cycle but there was a dark brown smoke coming after each puff.
Must be self cleaning.

I got a call from a new customer yesterday and he was talking about his learning curve, he said it better than I have said it in the past, when loading fresh wood take any unburned wood and move it to the sides, the largest and freshest piece of wood in the wheelbarrow should go right on top of the nozzle and build your pile from there, if the burned pieces are left near the nozzle, they burn first and create the void that we all call bridging, keep the coal and ash base below 3 inches deep.
