Post by: 5050racing on November 20, 2014, 04:47:44 PM: Just got off the phone they called me from Greenbush,MN. after reading how upset I'm with them,I got my point across about no customer service to talk to.He was great to talk to try to call them if you have some trouble in future?
I spoke to him for 50 min to share my thoughts about dealers stocking the firestar and they may go beyond warrantee ?Shared my thought about the slow ship instead of at least 2nd day or if other dealers had stock of these parts they could work together to help us the customer .My dealer had the firestat on hand Sunshine Tree in N.J THEY ARE THE BEST and doing there best! My firestar should be in Friday hopefully up and burning!!Keep u posted

I always remember something that was said to me after i got hung up on from one of my bosses years ago. " you never know what is going on on the other end of the phone so dont take it to seriously" my point being when you called Dan he could have been up to his hips in a water filled ditch trying to find and fix a leak and was a bit snippy. i have spoken to him several times and so has my wife and he was always very professional and knowledgeable . great staff there give them another try if you can

I feel in today's world you can't pay two people when one great guy handles it and maybe gets a little busy sometimes all in the same season.Paul and Jeff are busy with the other part of business but will find the time,Paul came to my house before I bought one to access my installation that I did my self no charge PRICELESS UNLESS YOU KNOW IT ALL!! They are hands on guys way better then just a person behind the counter selling!

When I spoke to other dealers I spoke to the secretary not the owner so that to me was more convincing.... Can't wait

Post by: aries9245 on December 13, 2014, 05:12:31 AM: Cl6048 picking it up this week! He said he can't keep enough of them with the new reg coming in March everybody going nuts.. So I'm pumped to see what's it's like to not have to go out to fill the boiler every 4-6 hrs can't deal with it..

Post by: 5050racing on December 14, 2014, 04:33:02 PM: Nice good luck hook it it the best way,good pex in the ground etc! I love the e-classic little more maintaince but no smoke and very little wood useage! Heated with one in basement to judge the wood and smoke for 18 years.
