I have this attached in another post but I want to see what everyone else got during this yrs archery. Took me 31 LONG HARD yrs to get this. Its not the biggest Ive seen but Im sure proud of it! 17 inch inside 7pt. I thought he was an 8pt but when your adrenaline is pumping its hard to count pts :o Anyhow I hit him at about 40yrds up hill, when I hit him it went into his rib cage and straight into his spine, not the kind of kill I like to do but hey it happens. He dropped like a sack of chit lemme tell ya. I did hit vitals but my buddy that sits 200yrds from my stand watched it happened and got so excited he was out of his stand before me and at the deer and put him out of his misery. If you look at the pic you can see a hole around his gut area, that was his shot. He shot from behind (I dont know why) but somehow he missed the guts and got dang near all his vitals. Boy how I love archery!!!

Woodman im in NEPA. If you have ever watched the little league world series im about 10min south of where thats held. A little town called Muncy. Yes its very beautiful where im from. Thanks guy's it took me allot of work to get this buck. I was after some bigger ones but it dont always work that way...

Here is a buck my son just killed on our two day youth season, 3 days after his 13 birthday. He has passed up 4 or 5, 1 1/2 old bucks this year with his crossbow waiting on one of the larger bucks we have on camera. This 8 pt isn't the biggest but he is tickled with it.

Good bucks boys! Jwood where do you live? That looks like a pretty big body deer. My cousin stuck a monster this yr that hes been chasing for a few yrs. Dressed weight was 260! Big 8pt. When i get back to work ill post pics of it. I would like to plan a trip to another state to hunt some big boys..

Dave I live in central MN I never had it weighed unfortunately wish I would have, taxidermist said he was 4 1/2 years old.

Hes a pig thats for sure. Next yr im hoping to get out that way. Gonna try for ohio or Illinois.

I would love to hunt Illinois Iowa or any of those big buck states!

I've been looking into it. Theres a website I found that shows land for lease in each state, Those states are by far the most $$$ but then again they are trophy states. Heres a pic of my cousins buck. Remember he is 260lbs dressed!
