Title: Water Sample
Post by: Bud Man on November 30, 2014, 06:27:00 PM
Sent my water sample 23 days ago. Haven't gotten any reply about it. I know this is probably a busy time for them. What was your response time?

It was less than 30 days. I received an email from them with the results.

Please don't be afraid to call and check on it Bud Man, as busy as they are at the office, it may have been overlooked, we are not perfect and sometimes need a reminder, besides I'm sure they would like some feedback.

Thanks for the replies. Not worried, just curious. I will give them a call in another week or so.

How long should we wait before making a call? I do not want to be a bigger pain than I already am. Just anxious I guess to do the right thing with my investment.

So far, couldn't be happier and more comfortable.
