Talking to a plumber guy I know this evening, I had reffered a customer of mine to him. Plumber thanked me for the job, BUT customer is a pain in the A$$    He had installed a whirlpool tub for them, the customer used the tub and called the plumber back because the hot water wasn't the same temp from the front to back, customer went as far as buying floating thermometers and put them in the tub to measure water temp.
