I never knew how to upload videos to YouTube now I do though so I should be able to get some better videos in time. That was also just one piece of cherrywood and some coals.

Haha thanks Sloppy I'm still learning what this boiler likes but I'm getting there! How has your boiler been running?

It isn't running.  Working on the manifold right now.  Slimjim helped me out a great deal on mine and I anticipate functional system in the next couple weeks or so.  Had to wait here and there on $$$ for many parts (which will be obvious when I post in my install thread in P&M sub-forum).  It is a primary/secondary system with a 1 1/2" copper manifold some 7 feet long (twenty-two 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/4" copper tees for 11 zones :o ).  More to come...

I totally understand the way my system is hooked up now is working great but its also temporary with just 1" pex and I used the uponor propex system but this summer I'm going to move my furnace downstairs and the waterheater as well. I plan on installing more ball valves, copper manifolds and a lot more copper to just make the system more organized and money was tight getting the thing just up and running, so I competely understand.

Awesome clean fire Jwood. 8) I'm curious if the flames continue to burn like that after the door is closed.

Happy New Year!
