Hi all. Just looking to get some general discussion on cycle times. I know it very varies between type of wood and how seasoned and also the outside temp. I've noticed it varies throughout the day also the cycle times seem to get a bit longer a bunch of cycles into a load rather than first couple cycles after loading the boiler. Also certain times of the day when my programmable thermostat in the house is set to go up a couple degrees the house pulls more heat out of the boiler which causes my fan to run longer. Just wanted to get some other observations and comments to see what other folks experience. It's my first year running an OWB, Woodmaster 4400 and so far I love it and its doing a great job. Thanks!

Personally that number varies wildly. If I had to put an average on it I would say Fan on for 10 mins, off for 20 mins. But sometimes it just runs constant, sometimes it just idles all day depending on wood and time of year. If its coming to the end of a burn and needs to be reloaded the fan run time is long and off time is short. I would really like to buy the kit from RSI with the data logging and be able to track it.
