Ok, I don't care if you like or don't like the sitting president,But after working 12 and 16 hr days to prep for him and the vice president.I can say it was an amazing experiance to live through when they came to speak, and tour our plant!
I spent the last few days making things for the secret service. Then I worked for Judy the Presidents press secratary to set up where everything would be for the photo shoots and all the stuff that was in the background of the plant.
I will tell you this. There is no such thing as an surprise visit by the president. They showed up a week ahead of time, and started making plans.I was so exhausted making and fabbing stuff, but it was worth it.I will never forget this day for the rest of my life. :D
Joe Biden opened with an awesome message .O'bama said moving words that made us UAW workers PROUD! I even got emotional.Sergio Marchione was there and let O'bama annouce that they are going to invest $800 million in our plants in Kokomo.
Awesome day for me.I just wanted to share my excitement.I hope everyone has a good night.

Oh and I will be back on the stove tomorrow I imagine.LOL!

I agree.... I personally wouldn't walk across the street to see them. That goes for about 97% of politicians though.
