So, with Kurt being suspended indefinitely by NASCAR (he lost his appeal yesterday afternoon) for domestic violence and with Kyle in the hospital with a broken leg and foot thanks to a crash in yesterday's Nationwide race, I don't know if NASCAR will survive without them! :(  Just kidding, both of those boys have a lot of growing up to do.  Perhaps with Kyle, once his child is born he may change.  Roger

That came up in a discussion at breakfast at the Legion, last I knew there was only allegations of domestic abuse, he hasn't been tried or found guilty of it by a jury of his peers, yet Nascar decides to suspend him? What happened with innocent until proven guilty? Or did it already goto trial and I missed it?

Gotta say though, Least nascar doesn't put up with it unlike the NFL....Yeah he hasn't been proven guilty in the eyes of the court system..But he does represent Nascar on an off the job.. and he's in  the publics eyes during race season.. Good for Nascar..Maybe NFL, MLB, NHL should take notice on this subject and even extend it to drugs, steroids  etc..

I can't stand either one of them.  I think both of them are loud and very immature.  But, having said that, Kyle is one heck of a wheel man.  Roger
