Title: BL 2840 connections

Manual says that the supply is on top and the return is on the bottom.

What difference would it make if the supply was on the bottom and the return on top?
Would it be less efficient, lower heat supplied to the house?

Any comments would be appreciated.

There are people here that have it hooked up either way. Not sure which is better. It's about mixing the water to eliminate hot spots.
