Here is a couple of pics of the G 200 show unit gassing this morning in Watertown NY, the first is through the viewing port that I installed on my show unit and the second is with the reaction chamber just opened! WOW!

Out of curiosity, how long do they expect the masonry cement to last in it? If it starts to break down, not exactly something the average owner could recast at home?

Who knows how long it will actually last, I would guess upwards of 5 years but until they have been widely used by homeowners and run in the field there really is no telling, I can tell you that I have been asked by Jake Friesen HeatMaster owner to abuse this boiler as much as I can in order to know what it can or cannot do, so far I have not had any issues with it and I'm burning 30% moisture content Red Oak, if there is an issue, I will find it!

I would far rather it break while I own it than when you get it, let's put her to the test!

So I take it the piece directly below the nozzle is easy to replace? Slide the old out and slide a new one in?

Exactly and I have replacements here as well for when they do fail!

Hope your road trip is going well. I see Heatmaster has their Green Summer sale going on now. Any particulars on the program?

Yes the green summer sale is on at participating dealers now for the G series units, what particulars are you asking for?

My father would be better for that, never reads instructions and if he does, they must be wrong as thats not how'd he do it.

The dealer closest to me got in touch with me today and answered my questions about the program. Thanks anyway. Any idea how the wood usage would compare between the 10000e and the G400? I was off on my wood usage last winter, as best I can figure I went through 11 to 13 cord of hardwood.

I would shoot out that you should see a reduction in wood of between 30 - 40% from what you currently have, if your numbers are correct I would bet the 200 would serve you better!
