I have a wood doctor furnace that is JUNK!! I have to replace it - its a big one - holds 350 gals of water (actually that's not true - it's supposed to hold 350 gals of water - it doesn't hold it for long!!) I am looking for a replacement before this winter - I would like one of the ones you can load skids into?? Any ideas/comments/suggestions

Welcome to the forum, doug! Are you dead set on a furnace that will burn pallets? Central boiler makes one and I'm sure a few other companies do too I just don't know which ones off the top of my head. How much are you heating?

The biggest furnaces I have seen have been from tn outdoor furnaces. They will build whatever size you want. They are made super heavy duty  . I looked at them but I just didn't have that much heat load for them.Their Hoss heaters will consume a massive amount of wood from what I've been told but they will put out a lot of btu.

Is this for commercial use or heating a house?
If commercial, you have a lot of options. If heating a house, you will probably have a hard time finding anything with doors large enough to fit pallets in.
