I tried to make my own this year. We'll see how it works. I took regular rope gasket and put a good bead of silicone over it. Used strips of wax paper to keep the door from sealing shut and closed the door for 24 hrs. Doing a search on Google doesn't seem to give up an answer easily.

Thats all I did on my waste oil boiler, placed a generous amount of high heat silicone in the groove, placed the rope in the silicone then smeared some more on the surface of the rope then closed the door, didn’t have waxed paper but tin foil worked fine.
