Title: First day of hunting season here in Maine

Please for all of you folks who like to hunt the infamous white tail,be careful, enjoy the season, shoot only with a clean kill shot and remember, I have extra freezer space and Mary Lou ( my wife ) was a Chef for over 20 years.

If you're passing through NH to deliver some venison is Slimjim, I'm willing to lighten the load on your vehicle, thereby lessening the burden on your vehicle and saving you gas money, by storing some it in my freezer for you.   ;D ;D

I've got 2 flathead permits, 'n a mountain of blocked wood needin' splittin',....

With the l o n g seasons here in NYS, I might get out there yet,...

Late black powder goes well into Dec....

Missed this post.    My 14 yr old "little" girl got her first ever deer on youth deer day. One shot at 50 yes.
Only weighed in at 60 pounds but is very good eating.
