Title: A sign?
Post by: coolidge on December 12, 2015, 11:34:42 AM
Of the weather this winter?  I have two trees that are budding out. Both white maples.

Drove over to Marquette today, no ice on any of the lakes or ponds. Saw a few boats out fishing. Got to believe the freighters are loving this winter compared to the last two we had. My lawn is still green!

I mowed mine today, didn’t really need it but with all the wind we’ve had here and there had leaves that needed mulching. Gator blades on the ZTR beats the crap out of a rake.

Every year around Thanksgiving I attach the 6 foot snow blower to the front of my tractor.  This year, I'm thinking I'll have to take the lawn mower out of storage if it gets any warmer.  I'm not complaining, wood usage is wwwayyyyyyy down.  Roger

Been in the 50's here all week. Good thing, with all the rain we're getting we would have 2 or 3 feet of snow if it were cold enough.

I hate the mud also, but figure the "polar vortex" will be here soon enough and then we will all be b!tchin about how cold it is.

The sad thing is your right Coolidge....lol. It rained all day here. Got ponds in my driveway and my stream in my front yard is starting a lake. To bad the trout moved out for the "winter".

Climate Change is and always has been real!

Where I live, it is called the four seasons.

Commonly referred to as: Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall

No alarmist climate change pact agenda required.

Northern Indiana, last three years everything has been froze up solid by now with at least a foot of snow on the ground.
