how often do you guys inspect and clean your stacks? i have 6ft of 8inch SS triple wall on my heatmor. been running for 3 months and havent checked it out yet

My stack is 6 inch diameter and 4 inches tall. Prolly will never look at it.

I have the short stack on my G400 that came with it, 8” diameter and maybe 16” tall? Will probably never do more to it that place a bucket over it this spring.

The clean out chamber right below it had absolutely no signs of any creosote in it, just a fine gray powder.

I don't check mine until season is over. Usually once a month Ill load the box with cardboard get it blazing and watch the torch come from the top of the stack along with creosote ash. Usually does the trick!
