There goes the wood pile,,
Woke up to -44c,wife said it was -45 at 7am.
Been up here 5 years and seen -40, 3 times.
-45c .......el ninio my arse

How many square feet you heating in that frigid condition.

3200 ' including basement.
FF furnace heat exchanger, with backup propane, which is still near full from when we moved in 5 years ago.
Upstairs is one degree warmer than basement.[71ish]
Can keep it as warm as we want
2 heaping wheel barrows of wood, instead of one,, for a 24 hour burn,, at these temps!! [-40's]
