Title: over heating
Post by: caper on March 14, 2016, 08:30:06 AM
little issue, nothing serious at the moment, so far ive been issue free all winter, perfect heatmaster.knock on wood...however ive noticed that ever time I clean out all the ashes from the tray, whenever the boiler is just idling with all hot ash inside and almost no wood ,it over heats a lot, last night I came home, furnace full of hot ash, temp was 200,this has happened few times now.....any clues....

The guys that have already posted are most likely on the right track, check all your door seals and make sure the flapper is closing all the way when off.

Temps in the 20s and I have to run my AQ at 165 tops or I well get creep to pop the release valve...big swing with all the daylight.
