If we don't get some major rain soon, I will be out. Checked my well this afternoon and have one tile left.

Getting very dry here as well, probably the first time in over a decade the creek thru our woods is dry

Thankfully, in my area of NH we've been getting some much needed rain showers but man we need 3 or 4 days of a nice steady, moderate rain fall. We are thankful for what we have been getting but more is needed. Roger

In Northern MN we got 2 inches in 20 minutes the other day and another stormed followed that. Ended up with 4 inches and most of the wheat flat.

Feast or famine, earlier in the year we had a quarter inch one sunday morning, then another 2 1/4 that afternoon, problem is the 2.25 came in like 10 minutes, flooded spots out, some came back some didn’t. Not near as bad as the year before when some of our fields a 1/3 of it was flooded out by time harvest came around, literally had half of everything last year far as yields, even the light ground was poor from saturated soils and a lack of sunshine. Even the hay suffered, thinking there is excessively wet and saturated soils right thru June stunted it for the rest of the year.
