Title: Heat master 10,000 e custom upgrades

Just wandering if anyone has did any custom upgrades to their 10000e? Thinking about insulating the firebox door better. The outside of the door is always hot to touch. And the insulation on the water jacket is not that great either. Rear door doesn't seal well. I'm not bashing the stove just want to Improve it.

My rear door is never hot and seems to be sealed up good. But I am all for helping it stay warm.

Rear door on mine isn't hot but it doesn't seal well . Firebox door is always really hot. Thinking about putting ceramic board on inside of door
