Anybody have any good recipes for jerky? Made some teriyaki tonight, not bad, but need something different.

I like Eastman Outdoors hickory in jerky,  Summer sausage- High Mountain cracked pepper n' garlic. Neither is very hot, so if you like heat you need to add some. Everybody's likes are different, just me.

I usually get all my seasonings from Rick at The Sausage Source. 603-464-6275 They are right in New Hampshire ,never been to his shop but have spoken on the phone and used his website many times. He is an outdoorsman too and makes all his own blends for jerky and sausage alike. I've had very good luck with anything I've gotton from them.
