Title: New G400
Post by: userdk on January 06, 2017, 05:50:53 PM
Finally got our new G400 hooked up(3 weeks ago). Burning 30% moisture white oak with no serious issues. We'll be giving it a workout this winter and I'll keep you updated. The first night we were immediately able to see the wood usage difference.

Yes it was 16 below here and there was still a lot of wood left in the morning. The heat seems more consistent than my old boiler at least on my BBQ thermometer upstairs. And congrats on the new boiler it is a big purchase.

How did the g400 perform with the cold weather we have had the last 5 days?

No problem. We supplied about 800 gallons of hot water to resurface a couple local ice rinks as well. Keeping up just fine.
