Never knew such a thing existed.  I made my own out of 2 pieces of Angleiron

Nope,....    I've always used a pipe wrench or vise, dependin' on where I'm standin' at the time of pre-assembly,....

Cute, I’ve dropped a bolt in each hole and used a long bar before.
