Been really windy here the last few days. I was following a truck with a shipping container on it this morning and it looked like the back wheels on one side looked like they came off the ground a couple times. The news reported a truck blew over on the same road a couple hours later. Also there was another truck that blew over not far away.
A house burned down, blamed on an OWB. http://www.channel3000.com/news/home-shed-destroyed-by-fire/384132546

Said ash from the chimney??
I wonder if they emptied ashes that morning.....
I did see a fellow catch the woods on fire burning lots of paper. I think there were burning pieces flying out the chimney.

Hard to say from that description. It is about 35 miles away from me. If it was closer I would drive past to see what kind of boiler it was.

Crazy winds. Gusts over 65 mph here in West Michigan for at least 5 hours straight. Power outages everywhere, even worse on the east side of the state. Not even possible to keep the boiler running in any manner. Throw wood in ashes in a few hours. Close to a record on wind here..absouletly wild.. trying to run a outdoor boiler in these conditions is obsurd. With the cold front moving in and homes projected to receiver power as late as Monday my heart goes out.

Looks like some home made piece of junk.

Looks like some home made piece of junk.
yeah, highly doubt their homeowners insurance would cover any damages if it did hit the neighbors house.
