Outdoorboilercare would be Hawken Energy. I get their newsletters and feel it's a great way to keep in touch with their customers.

Yes I do believe that they went belly up with manufacturing but I think they are still attempting to support their product and customer base, for that I feel they deserve Thanks.

To me that is worth every single thank you. That is in itself a lost value in this world. A company than cares. If a company would care like this and build a stove there is no doubt that I would own it. Customer service, help and a give a crap attitude is what this world is missing. You can build the best product in the world and it's going to fail once in a while but most of these companies don't give two craps about their warranty or their customers as long as their pocketbook is full. Thank you for the heart and care. I hope and pray you guys can get your company back on its feet again someday
