One thing the Trump EPA has done which could of greatly effected me and a bunch of my family, they sh*tcanned that stupid WOTUS legislation. Basically in a nutshell, after a heavy rain any water that ran across your property however temporarily would now be considered a navigable body of water and all kinds of very expensive permits would be required to continue doing what you’ve always done. After the 13” of rain we had last August 80% of the home farm and a lot of our other property would fall under jurisdiction of WOTUS.

We are headed down the right path, be responsible for your own actions, I don't need govt to tell me not to pollute my friend / neighbors water supply

Wasn’t sure it had anything to do with pollution, expanding federal power and revenue collection would be closer to the truth

Agreed 100%

I mean think about, the EPA would have literally every landowner under their thumb who has ever had water run across their property. We probably had a 1000 year rain last year, 13 inches in less than 36 hours, even the guys in town who are normally high and dry on a sand knob that require irrigation to even raise dust bunnies did have water running across their properties after that.

I didn't know that the majority of wood boiler users were conservative. Most I know are independent but then again it'd be the last topic I'd waste my time talking with them about. I'm not putting any faith in trump to roll back much of any regs. Politicians only give the illusion they roll anything back.
