ill be doing some thorough research in the next few weeks on my piping for my radiant heat but for those of you who have pictures or diagrams of how you did your piping id love to see it.. im working on my flow chart for how i want to  drop the temp of my water for my floor heat. obviously i dont want a 160 degree floor in my shop.. im a newb haha

304 expands around four times as much as mild steel.. id be worried mixing metals with different expansion rates could cause early failure.. i was planning on running my exhaust in 316l sch 10 i had but more i thought about having to tear into it to repair it i went with carbon and a weld that would pass in a nuke plant haha

fella that works on my snowmobiles heats his shop with a few old dirtbike radiators with sheetmetal shrouds and small squirrel cages.. feels like you walked in front of a small salamander.. i was impressed how well it works..

cant wait to get more pics up i have a lot more fabricated just doesnt look like anything yet in a pile on a cart.. armstrong pumps. rayco digital t stat ..aquastat for dayton .75cfm blower.. all stainless hardware potable water with makeup water valve.. tons of pics to come.. any input is welcome !! thanks for looking  :thumbup:

This is my first wood boiler build its a section of 24" inch sch 4O pipe through a 275 galllon oil drum 6" exhaust and will be forced air with draft control I built all myself .. Not to great with posting pics have patience  8) also this is going to be used with coil in house furnace.. A coil in water jacket for potable water .. And I just built a 30x50 shop with Pex in the concrete for radiant heat... Gotta get on computer to add pics can't figure it out with my phone
