Time, big flat screwdriver, and a utility knife. I was able to separate the two lines with the screw driver, and used both hands and kinda twisted on the foam really hard and got most of it off. Then Used utility knife to "shave" the residue off.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I'm just wanting to test plumbing, not the boiler. The only thing that worries me are those Logstor compression fittings.
