Thanks. The house is set up with 1/2 baseboard and 1/2 rad. The whole system is single zone.... The inside pump is run off a thermostat clamped to pipe 6 in from water to water converter, on the house system. Thanks again every one. Sorry sometimes I have a hard time saying stuff. Not the same as talking.

Electronics / Putting high cut off therostat
« on: February 02, 2012, 08:06:41 AM »
I have a outdoor furnace plus a water system inside the house. The system inside is pressured as there are 3 floors.Outdoor furnace is open. I have 2 pumps 1 for house pressureized getting heat from water to water exchanger. Pump 2 furnace to water to water exchanger My problem is the outdoor furnace fan is blowing all the time only a few times will shut off. The pump inside starts at 110F, and then keeps running, So inside the house gets very hot 80F or over lots. I was wondering if I put a high temp thermostat inside to shut pump off, thay way the heat will go back to furnace that way fan will turn off causing not as much wood burning, and me melting. Any help handy and thanks.
