Empyre / empyre 250 delux

Hello I am in need of some parts for my empyre 250. I am nw PA and the local dealer is tellign me he cannot get the controller and the relays and stuff for it. Is there a direct number for customer service/parts? I just moved into this house and the previous tenants distroyed the boiler. I am not sure what all i need, all i know is I pulled the controller out and the wires are all burned and melted. The back of controller is all melted also. I really need to get the stuff on order and get it fixed as my mom recently had a stroke and will be staying with us soon and all i have for back up heat is elec baseboard. Any and all leads appreciated. Thank YOU
