Sorry but i'm new at this. The thermastate is located next the aquastat. I think the aquastat is set at like 195 if that is what i think it is and the thermastat is set at 180. Please describe to me what the aquastat is. I believe I have been calling it the thermastat.

Central NY
The fan kicks in at 160 and shuts off at 180. The aquastat is located too right in the rear and the fan is located in center rear. The temp gauge is located in the frount right top and the highest I have see. The water temp on that is 175. It has been running now for one week. Thanks.

Not sure. Do you think I should turn the aquastat up to like 185 to get the water temp up to 180. Wonder if that would help the condensation problem. Besides that it seems to run OK and is heating home. Thanks again.

The dealer who I bought it from set the acustat at 180 and he said that is where it has to be as I called him and told him that I lowered it to 170. Set at 180 it kicks back on at 160. Do you that is to hot? I am adding wood e very morning and night. This unit has 135 gal of water and j am heating a well insulate home of 2400 sq ft. Thanks

Does anyone have or heard of the American Royal 7300 leaking from the front loading door and the ash clean out door. Unit is new and been running for 5 days.
