General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Water pushing pass my circulator pump

I have a mahoning 300 running two zones and domestic hot water my problem is when my zone for upstairs is not calling for heat the pump from the OWB had enough force to push water pass my pump and flow check valve any help would be great.
