Called them he was the one that told me to test like that I think that is what fried it had to tap fan with hammer last Friday to get spinning but worked fine up to today

Will not turn on they don't me to ho unhook selnoids and retry worked turned on hooked up sol to test shut down control and now will not turn back on any help would be great

Thanks for the answers this is the first heating season with it so far with it roger so good still getting some smoke I used never seize on the metal elbow on the primary fan so it doesn't stick in tube it was the copper stuff that's all I use let u no how that works maybe try in corners does anybody no if it its normal for the secondary air to kick when door is open some times get flames coming out of door is this normal thanks for all of the info

I removed to clean I may  have mixed up the sides up do side air holes face towards door also the empty hole for gas burner is loose can pull out about 1/4 inch I assuming that should be tight thanks for the help

Hi I am new to this stove I had some questions one being when loading is it normal for the secondary and third fans to be running they seem to kick on when door is open 2nd how to shut furnace down do you just shut controller down and let fire burn out thanks to anyone that can help
