I am also curious on how much your insulation helps? I have a H-4 and built a 14x14 shelter over it this summer to keep me out of the rain and a little bit of wood around it.As soon as i got it done i wanted the shelter bigger. May look at adding more insulation next year.

Thanks, i know what your saying. Biggest problem with typing is that people can't see your face expressions and things just dont come across as they do face to face.Anyway people tend to get a little balled up and sticky at times.I have been on here quite awhile and have read alot of other wood boiler sites and this one is by far the best IMO.I will try to get a little more involved.

Couple things come to mind.Either auto fill solenoid is bad letting water go in all the time.Can take small fill line off and see if water is running all the time or your domestic hot water coil has a hole in it and is letting water in all the time and running out(have seen this happen!!!).

Sounds like automatic fill hose! Try to tighten it a bit.
