General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Re: Central Boiler 5036 or HeatMaster E5000
« on: March 22, 2014, 07:50:11 PM »
I have an enclosed lean to on my Morton building, with this said do you think i will have issues if i went with the central boiler(natural draft) compared to Heatmaster(fan) with lack air movement since it is enclosed. Also in my mind, CB has less moving parts which means less that can go wrong and less to replace. Has anyone had bad experiences with SS firebox's? I had my mind made to buy a Heatmaster a month ago but once i looked at them and notices the 20 inch by 20 inch door i thought twice about it. Seems like a small space to be trying to fit big chunks of wood. Should i be concerned with that? Thanks again.. just want to be sure that my $10k i invest will be spent on the right stove.

General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Central Boiler 5036 or HeatMaster E5000

I will be buying a boiler in the next month before the rebates expire and have it narrowed down to these 2. Central Boiler CL5036 for $6600 or the Heat Master E5000 for $7400. Any suggestions to sway me one way or the other. I like certain features on both stoves but i can't chose which one to pull the trigger on. Is it worth the upgrade to the E series in the HeatMaster or will i burn the same amount of wood with a classic CB? Any tips or suggestion would be appreciated! Any issues with warranty's with these company's? I have a 2500 sq ft home and will have it hooked into my water heater and using forced air. Thanks!
