I can get confused sometimes, and sometimes I forget things, so bear with me, but...can someone explain the 'newbie', 'hero', and some of the other descriptions of members?  I noticed that there are a LOT of newbies, even ones that have been on here since 2008.

Anyone out there that has a 'Fire Chief' furnace?  Pro's and con's?

Well,  I am building a new house, and plan to have wood heat as my primary source of heat.  I am planning to buy a small wood furnace, and use it outside.   I will put in inside of a steel building, (no wood parts), and have a dedicated flue for the furnace.
I figured the furnace will stay dry, and so will I while loading and cleaning the furnace.  I also plan to have a small stack of wood in the steel building so dry wood will be available in bad weather.
I was wondering if anyone else had tried this setup, and how it worked out for them.
