i would vote for NCB, but, getting factory support is nearly impossible.  even though i am a NCB owner, i will vote NO..

any other ncb owners having trouble getting a hold of ANYBODY at natures comfort.  tried calling for parts and updates. no return calls, or return on emails. my dealer cant even get the new parts catalog for this year.  thinking that investing in this new company was a BAD idea.
